Build Outdoor Spaces That Last

Integrated design and construction for landscapes built to perform in North Texas conditions

Construct Landscapes Built for North Texas

Integrated planning and installation guided by site-specific conditions

New Horizon Design & Build works as a landscape design-build and outdoor living contractor serving Pilot Point and surrounding areas. The company handles residential and commercial landscape services through integrated planning and construction, addressing site-specific conditions rather than applying generic solutions. Every project begins with an assessment of drainage, soil, sun exposure, and intended use.

Whether you're addressing poor drainage, adding usable outdoor space, or replacing failing hardscape, the design-build approach coordinates materials, grading, and installation so each element supports the others. You'll know what to expect before construction begins and how the finished landscape will perform over time.

New Horizon Design & Build delivers landscapes that respond to how you use your property, from retaining walls that manage grade changes to patios and pergolas that extend living space outdoors.  Schedule a consultation to discuss your project and site conditions.

Create Functional Landscapes Through Planning

From concept to construction, every element is coordinated and built to fit your site

Landscape Design

Planning that integrates site conditions, materials, and construction to create outdoor spaces that function as intended.

Outdoor Lighting

Illuminate pathways, plantings, and hardscape features to extend usability and visibility after dark.

Hardscaping

Durable surfaces and structures built to handle traffic, drainage, and the demands of North Texas weather.

Irrigation and Drainage

Systems designed to deliver water where it's needed and direct runoff away from foundations and plantings.

How Coordinated Landscaping Changes Daily Property Use

The design-build process starts with a site consultation to assess grade, drainage patterns, existing vegetation, and your goals for the space. From there, New Horizon Design & Build develops a plan that coordinates landscape installation, hardscaping, irrigation, and lighting into a single construction sequence. You receive clear documentation of what will be built, how elements connect, and what site preparation is required.

This approach ensures that retaining walls, pavers, drainage systems, and plantings work together rather than being added piecemeal. You'll understand the timeline, the order of work, and how each phase prepares the site for the next.

Services include residential and commercial landscape installation with attention to coordination across multiple trades:

Landscape design that accounts for drainage, grade, and material performance before construction begins

Hardscaping and concrete work built to handle vehicle and foot traffic without settling or cracking

Retaining walls, patios, pergolas, decks, fencing, and pavers installed with proper base preparation and grading

Irrigation and drainage systems sized and routed to support plantings and protect structures from runoff

Built for Site Conditions and Long-Term Use

New Horizon Design & Build approaches each project with attention to how the site behaves—where water flows, where soil shifts, and how sun and shade affect plantings and usability. Outdoor lighting extends the function of patios and walkways after dark, and artificial turf provides a low-maintenance alternative in high-traffic or low-water zones. Tree removal and trimming are handled when access or safety requires it, and masonry services reinforce structural elements that carry load or resist erosion.

The company also provides Christmas light installation for seasonal lighting needs. Every service is delivered with the same focus on durability and coordination, ensuring that what's built performs as intended year-round. Projects are guided by the conditions specific to North Texas, where clay soil, heat, and seasonal storms demand thoughtful material selection and grading.
